All images created by Visions By Rhonda Portrait Studio will bear the studio name. This can be either by copyright mark on back or front, artist signature etc.
Because our studio is located in our home, some people may think it’s okay to just show up and knock. So we feel we must state that:
At no time is anyone allowed to knock on the door of our home without an appointment.
The studio telephone rings into the home so I am available most of the time to take calls and also answer emails.
You MUST have an appointment as I am only in the studio when I am preparing for a client. The studio doesn’t have any regular business hours.
Appointments:
Upon booking an appointment date and time, a non refundable session retainer is due to hold your appointment.
We do our best to provide you with an appointment time that is convenient as possible. That may mean we need to open early, stay open late, book appointments back to back etc so we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early and if you cannot make it, please call to reschedule BEFORE your appointment time. This ensures a smooth session for everyone involved.
Camera Equipment:
At no time is any camera or video camera allowed at our studio.
Reshoots: If there is an equipment failure or technical problem, we will, at our discrection, do a reshoot of your session.
Children: If your child is sick or feeling a bit off, please reschedule as the photos will show that he/she just wasn’t themselves that day. Photographer reserves the right to cancel the appointment and reschudule is the child is ill. We also use this policy to prevent the spread of illness in our Studio.
Pets: At this time I photograph all animals that will fit in the studio.
Cats must be in a crate and dogs must be on leash at all times unless instructed otherwise.
Vaccinations: All pets must be current on their vaccinations. Vaccinations MUST have been received at LEAST 21 days before any pet enters our studio. This is to ensure that all pets entering the studio are healthly.
Dogs must be vaccinated for: Rabies, Usually as a 5 or 6 in 1: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis & Corona and vaccination records from your veternarian will be required before the pet can enter our studio. You may want to have Kennel Cough vaccine also as there are many dogs in and out of the studio. Some owners do not believe in this vaccine and that is up to you. I however do have my dog vaccinated for Kennel Cough.
If your pet is either too young for a rabies vaccination or has other special circumstance regarding a vaccine or vaccines, please let me know and we can discuss it. Example: Has had a bad reaction to a prior vaccine and therefore vet recommends not to give vaccine again. I will need paperwork from your vet stating this.
